This is a product showcase prototype. It does not offer account registration, image uploads, downloads, or purchases, and includes no third-party analytics scripts. Once deployed, the hosting provider may process requests and technical logs. Details will be confirmed before public launch.

How Tinyshot handles content

Regular screenshots and annotations are processed locally. When you actively submit an AI organization task, selected screenshots are uploaded to cloud services for content recognition, structuring, and image generation. Multi-image tasks process all selected screenshots.

The current product uses Supabase for authentication, and its AI workflow involves Doubao and ToAPIs image-generation services. Service providers, processing locations, transfer arrangements, and applicable policies must be verified and disclosed before launch.

Protecting your information

Do not upload identity documents, passwords, API keys, confidential materials, or other people's private information without authorization. Crop or redact content before submitting. For sensitive content, the safer choice is not to upload it.

Results and retention

The product is designed to save generated results locally. Retention and deletion arrangements for server-side source images, temporary links, results, and logs still need verification. This draft does not promise a specific retention period or complete automatic deletion.

Before public launch

The operator's identity, support email, retention periods, and routes for access and deletion requests must be confirmed. This is not the final effective privacy policy.
